We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 60 days of your product being purchased. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund to your original payment method.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• Returned items must be in good condition with all original packaging.

• Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions, or your return may no longer be eligible.

2-Year Warranty

All Therashield devices come with a 2-year warranty from the delivery date. If your product stops functioning properly due to a manufacturing issue or during normal use, we’ll provide a one-time replacement free of charge.
