Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking.
For Non-US Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. This is not included in the Shipping estimate at checkout.
Our Domestic shipping times (United States) is 2-5 days.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, or even if you just want more detailed information, no worries. Shoot us an email at support@therashield.la and we'll help you out!
Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
What if the item I ordered arrived broken or damaged?
We’ll make it up to you. You can request a refund, or an exchange/store credit. Please contact us at support@therashield.la
Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
I am missing items from my order
Depending on the items you have ordered and our current stock at different locations, they may have been shipped out from different warehouse locations.
We fully guarantee and ensure that your package will arrive; if you find that your package has NOT arrived as per the timeline outlined on our Shipping FAQ page, please contact us at support@therashield.la and we’ll get you sorted!
CANCELLATION
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Yes! We offer a grace period for immediate order cancellation between when the order is placed and the order is shipped out.
Our standard processing time is 24-48 hours.
If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.
